We are Karolina and Daniel. For twenty years, our IT careers took us across six cities—New York, Berlin, London, Milan, Geneva, Brisbane—but our true passion was always in the kitchen, discovering that the most precious memories are shared around tables where extraordinary ingredients create unforgettable moments.

New York dinner parties where guests argued passionately about the "secret" in our dishes. Berlin evenings where friends lingered for hours over desserts made with single-origin chocolate that changed their understanding of cocoa. Across three continents, we encountered the same heartbreak: passionate home cooks who wanted to create those magical moments but struggled to find ingredients that could deliver. Beautiful gourmet stores sold cardamom that had lost its soul, "premium" cinnamon that was really cheap cassia bark.
